Group healing sessions last about 1-2 hours, while personalized one-on-one sessions are approximately 30 minutes. Please consult your local center for more information.

Is there an age restriction for this service?

No, our energy healing sessions are suitable for all ages. Minors, however, need to be accompanied by a parent.

Will I see improvements immediately?

Results vary from person to person. Some may notice changes immediately, while others may observe improvements hours or even days later, as the body takes time to heal.

This is my first time, what should I prepare?

Nothing, just sit back and relax. We recommend bringing extra clothing for warmth such as a jacket or scarf.

Is there a clothing requirement?

We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothes to ensure relaxation.

Is it alright to bring someone with me for one-on-one energy healing?

Absolutely, feel free to bring someone along for companionship and support.
