“Why am I not able to control my temper? I know very well that flaring up at others is not right but I cannot control myself. I feel remorseful every time I get angry. What should I do?” asked someone nicknamed “Easily Angered Cow”.

You can actually control your temper.

It is because the more concerned we are about some issues, the more we cannot control our hearts, leading to inappropriate words in our speech and regret follow.

Flaring up may satisfy us for the moment, but it hurt people closest to us the most. As they care about us a lot, every hurtful thing we say is likened to a sharp knife stabbing them. 

How to be in control? How can we effectively manage our emotions and not hurt our dearest family and friends?

If you understand the origin of emotions, will you be able to find an antidote for it?
