I am not a vegetarian. Can I still learn meditation? Am I required to go on a vegetarian diet during the retreat?

FAQ

Nonvegetarians may practice meditation too. However, you are advised not to consume heavy meals during a retreat. A light diet is recommended as this reduces the burden on your digestive system. In turn, your body and mind feel lighter and calmer and thus experience better results.
