What is Meditation for Energy?

Whether it be fatigue, trouble focusing, negative emotions, irritability, or more traditional medical health problems, many illnesses are due to a lack of vital energy. In Chinese culture, this is being referred to as a lack of “qi.”
Practising meditation for energy helps us accumulate and balance our vital energy, which benefits our health, happiness, and our lives.
How exactly does meditation help us obtain and replenish energy? When our body and mind are calm, our energy moves freely without any blockages. In fact, the simple process of calming down the body and mind can restore and generate energy. We return to a natural state of ease, harmony, and connection with Universal energy.

Energy Blessing
Bodhi Meditation’s Energy Blessing uses esoteric dharma methods taught by Grandmaster JinBodhi which are accompanied by specialized healing music. This original combination can help balance the body’s energy, clear blockages, relax the meridians, relieve pain, and encourage holistic health and happiness.
Start to experience meditation for energy.
There is nothing much you need to do or prepare to participate in the energy blessing. You may sit on a chair, cross-legged on a mat, or lie down – whatever is most comfortable for you. You may keep your eyes open or closed. The only thing that you need to do is be as relaxed and comfortable as you can be with your mind and body.
When your body is relaxed and calm, you will be more sensitive to surroundings such as temperature. Thus, it is recommended to keep yourself warm with a blanket.

The Benefits of Meditation for Energy
By practicing meditation for energy, it helps us to build up and strengthen our energy to fight existing illness or to prevent potential illness, and our health will start to improve. Start transforming your life by practicing meditation for energy!
Having just retired, Pingli Cai was well aware that health was her first priority. She had great confidence in Bodhi Meditation’s methods, and through the 7-Day Energy Bagua Elementary Class, Pingli felt a distinct improvement in her energy level. Comparing her state before the class and on day 7 of the class, she no longer felt tired and was instead very relaxed when walking up the stairs.

I had recently undergone surgery and was still recovering from the ill effects. My medication also caused nerve pain in my left knee when I shifted positions to stand or sit. I was physically exhausted and emotionally drained.
After joining the Energy Bagua Meditation Retreat, my energy levels increased – I did not feel as tired as I did the previous day. By the end of the seven-day retreat, the pain in my left knee was 60% gone. I no longer had to limp nor did I have to yell “Ouch!” so many times during the day. Often, I even completely forgot about my knee pain!
After five months of practising Energy Bagua, my knee pain is close to 100% gone. I feel happy practising Energy Bagua, it helped me with my stress and negative emotions too. I am smiling and laughing more these days, thanks to the support and love from the Bodhi community!
In May 2019, I had a very bad cold. It all started with severe eye twitching. My eyes were constantly tearing and I had breathing difficulties. I couldn’t breathe out of my nose. Eventually, it has caused me to be unable to sleep at night and have frequent nightmares.
The build-up pressure in my sinuses has given me a tremendous headache, making it difficult to do my work during the day and duties around the house.
One day, after I joined Grandmaster JinBodhi’s online chanting practice, some miraculous event took place! During chanting, I could feel my nose passage clearing, I could breath out of my nose for the first time during the days!
After the singing bowl healing session, I could feel the feeling of tension in my head had been released. On that night, I could sleep soundly and breathe. The next morning when I woke up, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. I’m sincerely grateful to Grandmaster for his compassion and love. I’m truly amazed!
