Learn About Meditation
Rest and Relaxation is key to Good Health

We work hard in the day and have restful sleep at night. With rest and relaxation, we recharge our body and cells so that we can continue another hard day’s work. Our body goes through a self recovery process which heals problematic parts and revitalises our spirit and mind.

Apart from sleep and rest, you may now realise that there is another method to relax, and that is through “meditation”.

Meditation helps us to relax more deeply and effectively and it replenishes us with energy quickly. It even enables us to access our predictive abilities, enhancing our decision-making through effective implementation.

Our body is always either in the “reconstruction” or “destruction” mode. When we relax, the brain waves are in “alpha” mode; self repairing and regeneration. If we are in a state of constant anxiety for a long duration, the immune system weakens, accelerating aging and in severe cases, causes cell necrosis and diseases.

Some may ask, “Is meditation solely for relaxation?” In fact, the purpose of meditation is far beyond that. If one knows how to relax, one can have a peaceful heart and clear mind and we can attain a state of peace, purity and tranquility. We can receive the highest energy to achieve an optimum mind-body health.

“Meditation” is the ultimate way to good health. There is a saying, “When eating, I am the Emperor”. However, I prefer to say this, “When meditating, I am the Emperor”. You may not have personally experienced this and cannot understand this concept.

Instead of just listening to me talk everyday, it is better for you to personally experience it!
