In this 2-4 hour information session, we walk you through the basics of meditation. You will learn how to meditate, which meditation method and practice is most suitable for you, what the benefits of daily meditation practice are, and how to cultivate a sense of inner peace throughout your daily life.

Our information session provides a comprehensive overview of meditation practice and will equip you with the skills to start and sustain a simple meditation practice throughout your daily life.

About Our Meditation Classes

In this brief introduction, you will gain a basic understanding of meditation. Our information session includes a short meditation. Guided by our meditation music, you will be able to relax and enjoy the serenity.

You will also have the chance to be inspired and motivated by other practitioners’ stories, learn about their personal experiences and the benefits they have received from meditation.

● Throughout the practice, meditation cleanses and nourishes you from within. ● When we meditate, especially in guided meditation, our mind is focused on a particular mental image, or following along with music and audio instructions. Meditation allows us to release our thoughts and train our mind to be totally aware of one task at a time. We will be able to prolong our attention span and feel inspired to complete each assigned task, one at a time.

Time: With proper guidance, our meditation practices can range from 2 to 4 hours.

What to Bring to Meditation Classes?

1. Loose fitting clothes. Mediation is an activity where we need to allow our body to relax and focus solely on the activities of the mind. We suggest that you wear loose-fitting clothes for better concentration and comfortness.

2. Indoor footwear. As most of our sessions will be conducted indoors in our meditation centre, please do bring your own socks or any indoor footwear.

3. Extra clothing. It is always nice to prepare extra clothes such as a jacket or scart to keep yourself warm and cozy, especially when sitting for extended periods of time.
