Introduction to Bodhi Meditation
Bodhi Meditation is an international meditation organization dedicated to teach and disseminating meditation methods. It was established on August 3, 1991, by Grandmaster JinBodhi, with the aim of bringing health and happiness to the public through easy-to-learn practices.
So far, Bodhi Meditation has spread to more than 50 countries and regions and has established official Bodhi Meditation Centers in more than 10 countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Around the world, countless individuals have gained relief from sufferings, and are now enjoying health and happiness in body, mind, and soul.
Our Mission
Bodhi Meditation teaches people to live with compassion and peace, fostering harmony with all beings. Grandmaster JinBodhi helps people resolve their physical, mental and emotional challenges by sharing Bodhi Meditation’s compassion-based, heart-centered techniques. Bodhi Meditation techniques are guided visualization-meditation practices. Thus, we visualize ourselves into an expansive state of being that allows us to connect with infinite Universal energy, thereby regaining body-mind health and happiness.
Our Uniqueness
Bodhi Meditation offers the public unique, easy to learn and effective meditation methods which are the culmination of our founder’s intensive meditative training and experience. Bodhi Meditation techniques are practical, effective, adapted to the modern fast-paced lifestyle, and suitable for all, irrespective of gender, age, culture, religion, profession, race, language, background, or location.
Bodhi Meditation not only enhances physical health but also offers an extraordinary path to profound mental and spiritual well-being. By exploring the root causes of suffering and illness, it helps elevate the mind, reduce ailments at their source, and bring about true harmony between body and mind. Join us to embrace a life of ease, clarity, and purity.
Our Community Involvement
Bodhi Meditation regularly hosts community outreach events, meditation retreats and energy healing sessions, with the intention of positively impacting the health and cohesiveness of our communities and individuals within those communities.
August 3rd, the anniversary of when Grandmaster JinBodhi first commenced teaching Bodhi Meditation practices, has been designated “Bodhi Meditation Day” by the municipal government of Richmond, British Columbia in Canada, as well as by the provincial government of British Columbia. In the United States, the municipal government of Milpitas, California has also officially recognized Bodhi Meditation Day.
Bodhi Meditation Day is celebrated with free large-scale community-outreach events. It is a day to honor our founder’s grand vision and Bodhi Meditation’s contributions to bringing compassion and harmony to our communities.
