Grandmaster JinBodhi has a profound connection with Guanyin Bodhisattva. Throughout his early years of cultivation, Guanyin Bodhisattva frequently accompanied him, protecting and guiding him like a compassionate mother. Even in the significant moments of spreading and teaching the Dharma and helping others, the Bodhisattva provided special blessings and sometimes appeared in visions.
July 24, 2024 (the 19th day of the 6th lunar month), marks the anniversary of the Enlightenment Day of Guanyin Bodhisattva, and August 3rd is the 33rd anniversary of Grandmaster JinBodhi’s journey of Dharma teaching. Guanyin Bodhisattva, out of great compassion, listens to the sufferings of the world and appears in response to the needs of sentient beings, offering teachings and aid. Similarly, since 1991, Grandmaster JinBodhi has remained steadfast in his mission to benefit all beings, embodying the spirit of Guanyin Bodhisattva’s great compassion and love, helping countless people regain health and a joyful life.
To celebrate Guanyin Bodhisattva’s Enlightenment Day and the upcoming “Bodhi Meditation Day” in 2024, Bodhi Meditation will hold celebration activities in meditation centers around the world to mark this auspicious occasion. You are welcome to visit the nearest Bodhi Meditation center to offer light, make wishes, honor the Buddha, and sincerely chant to purify your body and mind and illuminate your wisdom. Each center will also offer various exciting activities, specialty foods, and a marketplace with wonderful items—there will be something for everyone! Bring your family and friends to experience the joy and happiness together!
