Starting in 2007, I was a migraine sufferer. The condition worsened with each passing year. My medication dosage increased over time. I took up to four pills a day but the agony persisted. I could not get to sleep and had to while away time by watching TV all night.

In June 2013 I was invited to help at an introductory event at Jakarta Bodhi Meditation Centre. I knew that their meditation practices could assist people in regaining health and happiness, but I had no idea of specifics. Through helping out, I developed an interest in meditation.
