The Importance of Chewing

Humans are omnivores. Whether eating fruits or vegetables, it is best to chew your food as much as possible to maintain healthy teeth.

  1. During the process of chewing, the nutrients of fruit itself nourish the mouth, gums, teeth, and throat, and the process also stimulates cranial nerves, improving the brain’s flexibility.
  2. When fruits are chewed well and first digested in the mouth, and then in the stomach, it not only reduces the burden on the intestines and stomach, but also provides sufficient vitamins, nutrients and energy to the internal organs. This is an important process of chewing and digestion.
  3. The process of chewing sends the message of how much food has been eaten to the brain, allowing the brain to know whether it has taken in enough calories or sugar, thereby avoiding overeating.

For instance, if an adult man eats one apple at a time, he will feel satiated, or maybe feel he has consumed enough calories. If a large apple is cut in half and consumed, one might feel they have consumed enough sugar. However, if one drinks a cup of apple juice, without the process of chewing, the brain doesn’t receive the message that a lot of sugar and calories have been consumed.

Consuming excessive amounts of sugar at once can easily cause allergies, mood changes, gout and other health issues. Therefore, chewing food well is beneficial for the brain, mouth, teeth, and digestive system.

Teeth May Fall Out if it’s too Warm or if there’s an Overconsumption of Toxins

Many grandparents or mothers worry that their children may feel cold, so they dress them in layers during winter. The children wear two cotton-padded jackets outside and four sweaters inside. This may be warm and comforting, but what reactions occur when the stomach, body, and room are warm?

After feeling warm, it’s easy to get dizzy and sleepy; this is because the body has too much energy. Having excessive energy could cause internal heat, red eyes, unclear thinking, and a thick white coating on the tongue. Teeth may also start to loosen due to the strong virtual fire. For example, some people love to sleep near their heaters in winter, and after doing this for a long time, their teeth may fall out! This is similar to consuming an excessive amount of toxins[As earlier in the article, Is it ‘toxins’ or something else?].

Resting Your Teeth Together

Teeth are also a part of the bones. To strengthen your teeth for better health, there is an old method. Every morning, clench your jaw 36 times and make sure you hear the clicking sounds of your teeth hitting.

Here’s another tip to strengthen your teeth taught by Grandmaster Ren: Clench your teeth while urinating as it helps to strengthen teeth and reinforce your vital energy. The stronger your teeth are, the healthier you shall get. Many people fail to keep their teeth healthy and lose them when they hit their 50s. Losing teeth early in life results in quickly losing vital energy. To reinforce vital energy, it is important to practice clenching your jaw and resting your teeth regularly.

The health of one’s teeth represents the abundance of their vitality and energy; when teeth are healthy, the bones are also healthy. Protecting your teeth means protecting your vitality. If all your teeth are gone, your vitality will also be gone. Therefore, preserving your teeth means preserving your vitality, thereby protecting your vitality and health.
